We also run special campaigns during key shopping seasons, such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday (BFCM), with extra savings and other benefits. Keep an eye on our website and in-app announcements to see what’s currently available. Details such as the discount and how long the offer runs are always shown on the offer itself.
We don’t offer refunds on paid plans, including plans bought during a promotion. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for (for yearly plans, the end of the year), so you keep full access until then.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Payment and plan.
- Upgrade: your new plan’s credits and features are available right away, no need to wait for your next billing cycle. Your new plan’s credit balance replaces any unused plan credits from your previous plan, so it’s best to use them up before you upgrade.
- Downgrade or cancel: the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep your current plan and any unused plan credits.
Top-up credits you’ve purchased are never affected by plan changes. They never expire and stay in your account.
Plan credits are included in your subscription and reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle, unused ones don’t roll over. Top-up credits are purchased separately, never expire, and stay in your account regardless of plan changes.
When you generate, Promer uses your plan credits first and draws from your top-up credits once those run out.
You can still log in and access your Promer account, you just won’t be able to generate new ad creatives. To keep generating, you can purchase top-up credits at any time. They’re added instantly and never expire.
