Promer operates within Shopify and does not require a standalone web platform.

Promer requires authentication via Shopify. By installing Promer, you grant permission for us to access certain Shopify store data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your Shopify account credentials and ensuring secure access to Promer.

By using Promer, you agree to:

Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

• Promer’s Technology: All software, designs, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of Promer.
• Generated Content: Merchants own the AI-generated content produced by Promer. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Promer is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Your use or inability to use Promer.
• Unauthorized access to Shopify store data.
• AI-generated content inaccuracies or inconsistencies.

9. Termination

• Merchants may uninstall Promer at any time via Shopify.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Shopify’s policies.
• Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

10. Compliance with Shopify Policies & Privacy Laws

Promer complies with:

• Shopify’s Protected Customer Data Policies to ensure secure data handling.
• Global Privacy Laws, including GDPR, CPRA, and other regulations affecting personal data processing.
• Merchants must ensure their use of Promer aligns with their legal obligations under privacy and consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Singapore, subject to Shopify’s jurisdictional policies if applicable.

12. Business Transfers & User Notification

If Promer undergoes a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, we will notify users via email and in-app notifications. Merchants may choose to delete their data before the transition.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications before they take effect. Continued use of Promer after revisions constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
