Yes, the internet opened doors. It let me, just one person in Vietnam, ship to customers across the globe. It paid my rent. It gave me hope.
But behind every sale was exhaustion. Behind every “order complete” notification was another night without sleep. Selling was doable. Scaling with limited time, people, and resources? That was the real challenge.
That’s when I knew. Someone had to build the tools that empower the little guy.
Nine years ago, I stopped selling and started building. With FireGroup, we created products like Ali Reviews, Transcy, Zopi, TrueProfit and OneMobile. These tools have helped more than 250,000 merchants run more efficient businesses. Our team grew from 5 to 250 people. But something was still missing.
We were helping merchants survive, not win.
We had built good tools. But good wasn’t enough.
Then AI arrived.
Not as hype. As hope.
For the first time, I saw a future where a small merchant could compete with the biggest brands. Where someone with zero marketing background could launch campaigns that outperform agencies. Where content, design, and insights, things that used to take time and money, could now be done in seconds, powered by AI.
And that’s why we created Promer.
Promer is not just another tool. It is a belief.
